Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Project Manager to support the Alianza Program Initiatives under the Division Director. You will bolster operational systems, processes, and protocols across sites, coordinating with the leadership team and staff to ensure timely reports and contractual compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or program management, strong budgeting familiarity, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in education, public administration, or business; Graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ work experience in operations, project management, or administrative management.
• Familiarity with program budget process and review.
• Excellent communication and listening skills. Must be able to make observations and assessments, enjoy working with people.
• Proven team leader; able to work cohesively as part of a team and with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support programmatic and fiscal issues and manage deadlines and contractual requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operational needs across multiple sites and ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain clear documentation, organized workflow, and regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with Finance on monthly staff allocations, invoices, and contractual compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the Division Director including scheduling, logistics, and workflow prioritization.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Assist leadership in coordinating between department managers, agency executives, and staff.
• Ensure deadlines for projects, events, and funding obligations are tracked and met.
• Assist with planning meetings and training sessions for cohorts.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements for streamlined communication.
• Oversee AFPs, petty cash, metro card tracking, facilities, and budget reconciliation.
