Job summary

Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Program Manager for the Feeding Our Neighbors initiative based at St. Cecilia’s and Washington Heights.

You will coordinate food programs, manage data reporting, and support events across sites to improve operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree (or 5+ years in food/customer service), bilingual Spanish/English, strong MS Office and database skills, and willingness to travel within the county.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years’ experience in the food industry and/or customer service industry.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support CCCS Feeding Our Neighbors food programs.
  • Track data, reports, and monthly statistics for the department.
  • Assist with coordination of special events and other projects during the year.
  • Develop and report monthly compliance and progress for food programs with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with program sites to determine level of assistance and support.
  • Maintain master database for registered clients, meals served, and distribution data.
  • Provide reliable responses by phone and email regarding programs and department matters.
