Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• License in a mental health discipline preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Three years of experience working with the mental health population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program operations and be available 24/7.
• Hire and supervise all program staff; conduct supervision meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety/health codes and address high-risk situations.
• Coordinate intakes, maintain census, and liaise with referral sources.
• Develop service plans and integrate multidisciplinary services on-site.
• Maintain case records and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor progress notes and billing documentation; ensure regulatory standards.
• Audit clinical and financial records for compliance with regulations.
• Design and implement quality assurance and utilization review plans.
• Address resident complaints and grievances; promote accountability.
• Maintain relationships with provider groups and referral sources.
• Manage petty cash and payroll materials within designated timeframes.
• Enforce client agreements and leases where applicable.
• Facilitate replenishment of program supplies and inventory management.
• Assist with maintenance and leasing processes for apartments where needed.
