Job summary

Catholic Charities Of Central New Mexico is seeking a Sr. Program Director to oversee multiple programs including Self-Sufficiency & Housing, Children’s Learning Center, Educational Opportunity, Senior Services, Refugee Support, and Immigration and Citizenship Legal Assistance.

You will ensure efficient program delivery, support program Directors with budgeting and financial planning, and collaborate with the CEO to advance the organization’s mission and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of budget preparation experience, preferably in a nonprofit.
• Minimum 4 years of supervision experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing grants with federal reporting preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Windows.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and out of state.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of centers and program delivery.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate programs to meet mission and outcomes.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource optimization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Supervise multiple teams to foster collaboration and performance.
• Assess risks including legal, financial, and cybersecurity concerns.
