Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Sr. HCI Operations Planning Associate to provide operational support for service contract programs and business stakeholders.

You will coordinate contract originations, claims, cancellations, billing, onboarding, and reporting while collaborating with OEMs, dealers, and internal teams to monitor service delivery. You will analyze operational metrics, prepare dashboards, and support process improvements, testing, and implementation of system enhancements to improve

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business operations, operations planning, business analysis, project support, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating operational activities and working with business and technical teams to support issue resolution, system changes, and testing activities.
• Experience supporting contract originations, claims and cancellations, accounting and billing, operational reporting, dealer onboarding, or production support.
• Experience researching operational issues, identifying contributing factors, and coordinating follow-up through resolution.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or performance metrics to support operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for assigned programs and stakeholders.
• Support contract originations, claims and cancellations processing, accounting validations and billing activities, dealer onboarding, operational reporting, and production support.
• Research routine to moderately complex operational, system, data, reporting, billing, and customer-impacting issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support system enhancements, process changes, and cross-functional projects from requirements to testing and implementation.
• Maintain procedures, process documentation, reporting definitions, and control records.
