Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in business systems analysis, business systems engineering, or application support.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Automotive or financial services experience preferred.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, SDLC, testing, change management, and application support.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Recommend system solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure applications, support integrations, and assist with deployments.
- Participate in release planning, testing, and process optimization.
- Monitor system performance and data quality for improvements.
