Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. HCI Project Planning Associate to coordinate project lifecycles, requirements, and stakeholder communications. The role partners with IT, vendors, and business teams to maintain momentum and deliver milestones on time.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating project lifecycles and documenting requirements.
Experience with IT/technical teams, vendors, and dashboards.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
PM certifications preferred but not required.
Proficiency with MS Office and data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project lifecycle documentation and deliverables, including intake materials, requirements, business decks, project timelines, post‑production validation plans, and post‑mortem summaries.
Schedule and document required meetings, track approvals, prepare reports and dashboards, communicate status updates to stakeholders and management.
Support planning for defined workstreams, including vendor coordination and budget planning support.
Track deliverables, monitor delays, elevate risks, and assist with risk mitigation.
Assist in developing UAT plans, coordinate testing, document defects and status updates.
Analyze gaps, document current workflows, and propose process improvements.
