Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Manager – Operations to partner with senior leaders, drive performance insights, and coordinate planning across Manufacturing and Engineering teams. You will analyze data, develop KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership collaboration, governance support, and continuous improvement through digital tools, with a focus on delivering actionable performance insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of performance management experience.
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of performance management experience.
• Master’s degree and 2 years of performance management experience.
• Doctorate degree

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support business performance, operational planning, metrics management, and informed decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and other performance measures.
• Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Translate complex information into concise insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Facilitate annual business planning, goal setting, objective deployment, and periodic performance review activities.
• Coordinate leadership materials and governance forums; prepare concise executive presentations and tracking materials.
• Coordinate inputs across Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to align priorities and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and promote digital enablement through analytics and automation.
