Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 10 years of performance management experience
• Associate’s degree with 8 years of performance management experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of performance management experience
• Master’s degree with 2 years of performance management experience
• Doctorate degree
• Experience supporting Manufacturing and/or Engineering operations in a regulated environment
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes
• Experience with business performance management, operational planning, metrics, reporting, and data analytics
• Ability to translate data and complex information into clear insights and actions
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge and process improvement experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor business performance, priorities, and objectives with functional leaders.
• Develop and communicate KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Analyze data trends to identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Facilitate annual planning, goal setting, and resource planning with Finance.
• Coordinate information collection for planning and reporting.
• Prepare concise executive presentations and leadership materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs and align priorities across functions.
• Support continuous improvement and digital enablement through data analytics and automation.
