Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Business Performance Manager - Operations to partner with senior leaders and elevate operational performance in a biopharma manufacturing setting.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and analytics, support planning, and coordinate cross-functional activities across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of performance management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering operations in regulated environments preferred.
