Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 2 years of PM/Operations/Business experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of PM/Operations/Business experience
• Associate’s degree with 8 years of PM/Operations/Business experience
• High school diploma with 10 years of PM/Operations/Business experience
• Experience managing programs and/or project portfolios
• Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional collaboration
• Executive presence with strategic thinking and CI mindset
• Proficient with AI, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
• Excellent organizational, leadership, team-building and change management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Lead site business cases for product lifecycle projects and portfolios
• Represent AOH with cross-functional stakeholders for strategic decisions
• Manage all aspects of business cases including planning, execution and follow-up
• Identify competing priorities and resource constraints to enable timely decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Engage with senior leaders to obtain input and feedback on benefits and needs
