Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• Master's degree and 5 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• Associate's degree and 12 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Strategic Business Partnership with General Manager and Brand Leadership Team.
• Translate insights into action by integrating commercial insights, market dynamics and financial perspectives.
• Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, risks, and strategic trade-offs with actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and business narratives for leadership discussions.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Improve ways of working by introducing governance and best practices in Business Partnership.
