Job summary

The North Texas Tollway Authority seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations and Partnerships to lead the Account Management Services (AMS) and drive customer service excellence, revenue growth, and operational performance.

In this role, you will oversee workforce development, strategic partnerships, and cross‑functional collaboration with Government Affairs, Finance, and Operations to deliver value for commercial customers and public stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, account management, or related functions.
• Experience leading multi-level teams and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for NTTA’s Account Management Services (AMS) and oversee customer service operations and commercial account management.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Drive sales, outreach, and business development initiatives to expand TollTag adoption and partnerships.
• Manage departmental budgets, contracts, compliance, and operational controls.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to align customer-facing operations with organizational priorities.
