• Negotiate carrier coverage and renewals based on client needs.

• Provide service support and proactive client contact.
• Enter and maintain accounts in AMS360 accurately.
• Ensure policy terms match proposals and communicate exclusions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coverage gaps.
• Guide junior account managers and support staff.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
