Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson in Dallas seeks a Senior Highway Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio, driving technical management, QA, scheduling, and budget oversight across the full project life cycle.

You will lead marketing initiatives, mentor teams, build client relationships, and align projects with JMT's objectives, delivering high-quality results for public agencies and private clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• Texas PE license required.
• 15+ years of highway/project management experience.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Business development experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams and teaming partners.
• Develop project deliverables and QA/QC plans.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee subconsultants and risk mitigation.
• Prepare progress reports and client updates.
• Lead marketing/proposal activities and win strategies.
• Mentor and coach project staff.
• Foster client relationships and quality, safety.
