North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to direct NTTA's enterprise information security program, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with executives to align security with business objectives and bolster resilience across infrastructure and data.

The role requires guiding threat detection, incident response, and governance while expanding a culture of security awareness company-wide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience leading cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, security operations, compliance, or related tech teams with supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree and CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, or CISA certifications are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management initiatives.
• Oversee security operations: threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber resilience.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, NIST CSF, SOC controls, and related standards.
• Partner with executives and technology teams to integrate security into architecture, projects, and cloud initiatives.
• Develop and present cybersecurity metrics, risk assessments, and program updates to leadership and board.
