Navan is seeking a Manager-level individual contributor for the Specialty Travel & Events Business Operations team in Boston. You will scope, design, and drive high-impact initiatives that optimize growth, stability, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll synthesize data from Excel/SQL, map complex systems, and lead hands-on execution while balancing strategic and operational constraints in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or a highly strategic cross-functional operations role.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic initiatives from 0 to 1, end-to-end, with rigorous work plans and day-to-day execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable cross-functional processes.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for leadership using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Balance strategic goals with technical and financial constraints; anticipate roadblocks.
• Communicate progress clearly and align stakeholders across teams to manage change.
• Unblock bottlenecks and keep projects moving forward with momentum.
