Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead day-to-day field operations across routes, dispatch, vaults, and terminals. You will recruit and develop supervisors, manage safety and security, maintain equipment, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient performance while delivering high levels of customer service.

This role requires logistics or transportation background, leadership, and a focus on safety; college or military background preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Logistics or transportation experience required.
• College education or military experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of safety and security experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, training of operations personnel and supervisors.
• Oversee route, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Control operation costs and overtime; ensure security of cargo.
• Develop customer service capabilities among operations staff.
