Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the United States to implement policies, monitor daily armored routes and vault operations, and support long-term operational planning. You will work with management to foster a professional, safe and efficient culture and ensure cost-effective service delivery across armored and ATM routes.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, dispatch coordination, safety training, and leadership of operations staff.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory presence with professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in transportation and warehousing or related field.
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route daily operations for armored and ATM services.
• Coordinate dispatch, maintenance, vault and terminal operations.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of routes, terminals and vaults.
• Train and supervise operations personnel; enforce policies and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues.
