Job summary

Qualifications include 3–5 years of leadership in logistics/transport, preferred college/military background, and safety experience.

Qualifications

• Logistics or transportation experience required.
• College education or military experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of safety and security experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, testing, selecting, and training of operations personnel.
• Oversight of route, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations.
• Maintenance oversight of vehicles, forklifts, and equipment; ensure timely repairs.
• Control costs of operations and safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
