Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to implement policies, monitor daily armored route operations, and lead a professional, safety‑mocused team. The role focuses on secure, cost-efficient service delivery across routes and vault operations.

You will work with management to foster a skilled, customer‑centred culture, oversee scheduling, and coordinate with branches and vendors to create viable operational solutions for new customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience in banking/retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route daily operations.
• Oversee armored/ATM route, dispatch, vault, and terminal ops.
• Ensure safety and security of employees, vehicles, and facilities.
• Train and supervise operations personnel.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues.
• Coordinate with sales, branches, divisions, and vendors.
