Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an Operations Supervisor with strong leadership in armored transportation and warehousing. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, coaching, training, and audit readiness across Birmingham and Montgomery branches while partnering with branch leadership to enforce safety and security standards.

The position requires experience in transportation/logistics, office software proficiency, and a solid understanding of DOT and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3-years’ experience in transport operations.
• Proven ability as a self-starter within current and prior positions.
• Ability to train and to have others conform with company ideals, policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Armed Driver Guard qualification process requires successful completion of testing in relevant areas.
• Maintain compliance with Branch Compliance Audit and CMS Compliance Audit guidelines; work with leaders to reduce theft and losses.
• Coordinate with CIT and CMS operations leadership to enforce safety, security and regulatory requirements.
