Job summary

UniFide CST is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational performance across multiple service locations, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will lead Field Service Managers, develop leaders, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to build a scalable foundation for future growth.

This newly created role balances strategy and execution, emphasizes people development, process improvement, and sustainable business results to advance UniFide CST’s expansion and acquisition

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-layered teams.
• A track record of improving operational performance through data, KPIs, and process improvements.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to lead change and support organizational growth.
• Experience in a field service, distributed workforce, or multi-location environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance across multiple service locations.
• Lead a team of Field Service Managers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes that create exceptional customer experiences.
• Spend time in the field visiting locations, coaching managers, and supporting staffing needs.
• Scale operations and support future acquisitions as UniFide CST grows.
• Create a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
