Job summary

UniFide CST is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team across multiple service locations, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will drive performance, develop leaders, and support continuous improvement initiatives while preparing for future acquisitions.

This newly created role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and sustainable business results. You will balance strategy and execution, develop people, improve processes, and ensure consistent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams.
• A track record of improving operational performance through data, KPIs, and process improvements.
• Strong business acumen with budgets and financial performance responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in field service, distributed workforce, or multi-location environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Managers and drive operational performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Service, HR to solve issues and improve processes.
• Visit locations, coach managers, and ensure teams have tools and support.
• Scale operations and support future acquisitions as UniFide CST grows.
• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
