Ice Solutions is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead national operations and scale performance. You will partner with the CEO to optimize processes, build high-performing teams, and drive profitability across locations.

The role requires strong operational and financial acumen, a track record of directing large teams, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives in a rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–20 years of relevant operational leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large teams.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans.
• Proficient with facility management software or related systems.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and development of the organization’s operational objectives and initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of plans to attain financial and mission-critical operational goals.
• Develop operating budgets and establish effective policies and procedures.
• Define and implement the operational strategy, vision, direction and focus.
• Drive strategic initiatives across locations and business units to enable growth.
• Provide reliable leadership to oversee daily business operations and partner with the CEO.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions.
• Leverage technology to maximize efficiency, service delivery, and profitability.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time.
