CSG Talent client seeks a hands‑on, strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and continuously improve multi‑site manufacturing operations. This executive will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building leaders and scalable systems for growth.

The VP will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, HR, and Finance to execute business strategy and deliver world‑class performance across sites.

• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Data‑driven with strong KPI and operating rhythm discipline.
