somewhere is seeking two Strategic Operations Leads to scale operations across customer, people, sales, and company-wide initiatives. You will own a broad range of SOPs, work directly with the CEO, and partner with leadership as a trusted thought partner.

Successful candidates are proactive, process-minded operators who thrive on building systems and owning outcomes in a mission-driven healthcare tech environment. Remote role open to the US and offshore teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations roles.
• Proven ability to own cross-functional processes from design to delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Experience building scalable SOPs and documentation.

Mansioni

• Lead operations across customer, people, sales, and company initiatives.
• Own SOPs end-to-end and partner with leadership on priorities.
• Build systems, improve processes, and drive ownership across teams.
• Coordinate with US EST hours to ensure overlap with US operations.
• Support special projects like product operations and revenue workflows.
