Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in ops, PM, or related role in healthcare/tech.
• STEM experience required.
• Excel and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes across departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.
