Job summary

somewhere is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to scale our remote operations across customer, people, and sales workflows. You will own SOPs end-to-end, partner with the CEO, and drive high-impact initiatives in a fast-growing mental health startup.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Chief of Staff or operations roles, are comfortable working US EST hours, and excel at building scalable processes, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Chief of Staff, EA, or operations roles (ideally US-based).
• Willing to work US Eastern Time hours for overlap.
• Remote-first candidate located anywhere (open to offshore).
• Excellent written English with strong communication.
• Ability to build scalable systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Triage recruitment operations, maintain tracking systems, draft outreach.
• Sales operations: research providers, manage CRM data, draft outreach, support invoicing.
• Customer success and post-sales: onboarding workflows, clinician rosters, user interviews, workshops.
• Customer support operations: maintain product knowledge, triage issues, tickets, dashboards, SOPs.
• Special projects: research support, product ops, domain/email setups, self-serve revenue operations.
