Job summary

247Hire is seeking an Operations Manager for a direct-hire, in-office role in Dallas, TX. Lead a 90,000 sq ft facility with multiple departments, driving operational performance and a culture of accountability.

You will oversee warehouse, logistics, staffing, budgets, and KPIs while partnering with Sales to ensure flawless client events. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and bilingual English/Spanish are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, multi-department operations.
• Experience in labor-intensive, fast-paced events or services.
• Experience managing 100+ employees preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a large, 90,000 sq ft facility across multiple departments.
• Oversee warehouse, logistics, scheduling, inventory readiness, and execution.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and labor planning.
• Analyze KPIs and financial data to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and other departments to execute client events.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders.
