Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in live entertainment.
• Demonstrated client-facing communication and relationship-building.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing project budgets, labor costs, and subrental spend.

Responsibilities

• Bridge sales and operations to translate opportunities into shows.
• Plan and launch projects, create show workbooks and schedules.
• Develop and maintain production and labor plans, call sheets, and crew communications.
• Coordinate equipment sourcing, subrental needs, and warehouse handoff.
• Manage client communications on-site and post-event follow-ups.
