Job summary

The Bright Experience by Bright Event Rentals is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our fast-paced Dallas-area warehouse. You will direct daily operations, build and mentor a hands-on team, and ensure every rental item is ready, inspected, and delivered on time. This role blends people leadership with logistics and operational execution in a busy event environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership, talent development, and accountability.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Weekend and extended hours during peak events.
Valid driver's license and clean record.
Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Direct daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flow, staging, yard organization.
Lead and develop warehouse team, set expectations, coach performance.
Ensure rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, event-ready.
Maintain safe, organized, efficient warehouse environment.
Oversee scheduling and timekeeping during peak periods.
Coordinate with operations to align with delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition; flag issues.
Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Handle team performance discussions and recognitions.
