Job summary

Frontline Source Group – Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search in Dallas is assisting a growing event rental and services organization to hire an Operations Manager who will lead a 90,000 sq ft facility.

You will oversee warehouse operations, logistics, staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics while partnering with Sales for client events. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a proven track record in labor-intensive environments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
• Proven operations leadership experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
• Experience managing a large facility with multiple departments and 100+ employees is highly preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen including P&L, budgeting, cost centers, labor management, KPIs, and analytics.
• Experience creating and managing operating budgets.
• Strong leadership presence with an assertive, decisive, solutions-focused style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a 90,000 square foot facility with five to six departments.
• Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, scheduling, and inventory readiness.
• Lead department managers and teams, fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Manage labor planning and staffing based on volume and seasonality.
• Own operational budgets, costs, and cost center performance; analyze P&L data.
• Develop process improvements and drive KPI-based performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to execute client events.
• Spend significant time on site in the warehouse; step in on other ops as needed.
