Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities (TASC) seeks a Director of Operations to lead the Community Reentry division from our Chicago headquarters. The role demands strategic planning, program oversight, and collaboration with executives, funders, and partners to advance outcomes.

Travel may be required; starting salary is $85,000–$95,000, with benefits, and a focus on high-quality service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning and program management.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct overall operation of the Community Reentry division.
• Manage division programs, policies, and procedures with COOs guidance.
• Coordinate data collection and KPI reporting; analyze performance.
• Oversee budgets and ensure contract deliverables and outcomes.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop division staff; conduct annual reviews.
