Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities (TASC) is seeking a full-time Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corrections and Community Reentry Services. The role focuses on supervision, program integrity, and delivering addiction intervention and recovery support to clients and families.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and experience in group facilitation and using Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CADC certification within two years may be required by contract.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with group facilitation and ethical standards for professionals.
• Comfort in correctional settings and with serious offenses.

Aufgaben

• Provide consistent supervision to all staff within assigned programs.
• Serve as direct liaison to Administrator for program needs and operational issues.
• Provide supervision to case managers handling client crisis situations.
• Make court appearances and provide expert testimony as appropriate.
• Provide written information to the court and DCFS regarding assessment findings and recommendations.
• Perform home visits to assess families and monitor progress toward goals.
• Prepare, interpret and present reports regarding program operations.
• Participate in staff performance reviews and annual appraisals.
