Job summary

TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities) is hiring a full-time Case Manager for the Community Reentry program, with starting salary $44,676–$47,650 depending on experience. This role supports recovery, justice, and community reintegration.

You will provide addiction intervention, coordination of services, referrals, and crisis support, often with high-risk caseloads inside and outside detention settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CADC certification within two years may be required by contract.
• Ability to pass IDOC background check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in group facilitation.
• Knowledge of ASAM placement criteria and DSM-V related to substance disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor progress toward client-centered service plans.
• Complete intake and enrollment documentation.
• Provide referrals and crisis intervention as needed.
• Interview clients and coordinate with partners for services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
