Job summary

Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC) seeks an Administrator to lead the Home Program in Central and Southern Illinois, overseeing daily housing program operations, staff supervision, reporting, and coordination across a wide geographic area.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice or related field, active Illinois licensure preferred, and at least 3 years of management experience with strong policy and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (social work, psychology, criminal justice or related field).
• Active Illinois licensure (LSW/LCSW or LPC/LCPC) highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of management and supervisory experience in human services/corrections reentry.
• Familiarity with Illinois housing policies, HUD guidelines, and tenant rights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housing program operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality service.
• Monitor program performance against standards and contractual obligations; address deficiencies.
• Assist in budget development and contract deliverables, and ensure reporting.
• Develop and oversee client communication processes to ensure high-quality service.
