You will orchestrate ROB rhythms, monitor budgets, prepare town halls and internal communications, and ensure data integrity of project metrics while aligning resources with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate budget and forecasting activities across a critical operational group.
• Drive ROB rhythm and business cadence for multiple teams.
• Develop and execute executive and internal communications, town halls, and internal emails.
• Oversee reporting and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Establish robust communication channels across units.
• Manage storage and retrieval of project communications data and metrics.
• Review contracts and cost proposals for compliance and outcomes.
• Set up and manage project work breakdown structures.
• Document streamlined business processes to improve efficiency.
• Track budgets and expenditures, monitor costs against budgets.
• Identify potential overruns and design mitigation solutions.
