Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC in Bellevue, WA, seeks a strategic operations leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, executive communications, Rhythm of Business, and cross-functional coordination across technology and corporate functions. You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, maintain reporting, and prepare internal communications and town halls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years managing budgets of multiple millions of dollars.
• 5+ years of executive or corporate communications experience.
• 5+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Strong experience with business management, operations, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasting, expenditures, and budget variance reporting across multiple business areas.
• Support Rhythm of Business activities, including planning, reporting, and business reviews.
• Partner with senior leaders to coordinate priorities, deliverables, timelines, and activities.
• Prepare executive communications, internal communications, and business updates.
• Support town halls and organizational events.
• Develop and maintain business processes, project structures, documentation, and workflows.
• Track budgets, expenditures, and costs against approved budgets.
• Identify budget overruns or financial risks and communicate solutions.
• Maintain business metrics, project communications, and supporting documentation.
• Review contracts and cost proposals as needed.
• Establish and maintain cross-functional communication processes.
• Analyze business trends to support planning and forecasting.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support broader business-management and program-management activities at an executive level.
