Senior Organizational Change Manager to support immediate client operations.

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Overview: RedCloud is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to support a client through a complex, multi-year enterprise transformation spanning CRM, procurement, and future HR and finance initiatives. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced change practitioner who can quickly assess the organizational landscape, establish an effective change management operating rhythm, and deliver immediate value. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder alignment, change readiness, communications, and adoption across interconnected programs in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform hands‑on change management delivery.
• Lead stakeholder and change‑impact analysis.
• Conduct lightweight readiness/risk assessments.
• Build communications strategies and calendars.
• Draft internal communications - emails, FAQs, talking points, “what changes for me” materials.
• Establish a clear change brand and ways of working across the transformation program.
• Establish and support engagement rhythms at multiple levels - executive leadership, management, project teams, and end users.
• Develop change roadmaps aligned to program milestones.
• Plan training/enablement needs.
• Design and facilitate targeted stakeholder/readiness workshops.
• Coordinate CRM change activities with the client’s community engagement team.
• Establish simple, reusable OCM templates and routines across projects.
• Track change activities/milestones in SmartSheet.
• Create concise monthly change updates for leadership.
• Support PM’s and the program sponsor with tactical work as needed.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• 8+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Strong hands‑on OCM delivery experience - personally creating artifacts, communications, engagement plans and routines.
• Experience supporting significant technology/business transformation.
• Excellent writing, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working across executive, management and end‑user audiences.
• Ability to quickly enter an ambiguous environment and independently create structure
• Pragmatic, low‑ego, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves working style.
• Public sector/local government experience strongly preferred.
• CRM and/or procurement transformation experience preferred.
• ERP, HRIS or finance transformation exposure preferred.
• Prosci certification preferred.
• SmartSheet experience preferred.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $157,000 - $177,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
