Job summary

Oakland Rising is seeking a seasoned Operations Lead to strengthen our Organizational Infrastructure, Leadership Strategy, and Fiscal Sponsor relations. The role focuses on building values-based processes, supporting staff well-being, and ensuring efficient execution across departments.

Qualifications

• Lead organizational infrastructure across HR, systems, and tech to uplift equity, access-justice, and staff well-being.
• Oversee operations strategy, goals, objectives, and staffing for the Operations Team.
• Prepare contracts with independent contractors, vendors, and partners.
• Provide outreach and logistical support for special projects and large events.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budget with ED and track finances.
• Manage data management systems and reporting with IVE Director and Communications Manager.
• Coordinate with Fiscal Sponsor on HR, Finances, and Compliance and ensure deliverables.
• Coordinate operational workflows and staff meetings; update planning tools (Airtable, Asana).
• Support data entry and document management in Google Drive.
