Qualifications

• Experience leading complex multi-year operations or technology programmes.
• Deep knowledge of front-, middle-, and back-office operations (Trade Lifecycle).
• Hands-on contributor who diagnoses problems, designs solutions and oversees implementation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead operating-model projects across workflow design and implementation.
• Develop rigorous recommendations for senior leaders and translate decisions into scalable change.
• Run structured engagements with back-office teams to surface issues and priorities; ensure accountability.
