Job summary

ATG (Auction Technology Group) is seeking an Applied AI Lead to turn AI concepts into working tools across Operations, Finance, and HR. This senior individual contributor will size opportunities, design future-state flows, document requirements, and deploy solutions using AI-assisted development tools.

You will define governance, collaborate with Legal and IT on security and data privacy, drive organization-wide adoption, and own major AI platform rollouts, including our AI-powered customer

Qualifications

• Experience shipping internal tools or automations that people actively use.
• Significant cross-functional platform rollout end-to-end experience.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and low-code tools; pragmatic about their scope.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery of automations and solutions using AI tools; size opportunities and design future-state flows.
• Maintenance, support, and decision on rebuilds or retirement of deployed tools.
• Own end-to-end AI platform implementations, including an AI-powered customer support system; cross-functional rollout.
