Job summary

BRG is building a new Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice and seeks an Associate Director or Senior Managing Consultant to lead engagements end-to-end, including scoping, delivery, adoption, and handover. You will shape the work, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure client outcomes with strong governance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of prior applicable work experience required for Associate Director; 7+ years for Senior Managing Consultant, with delivery leadership and business development experience.
• Experience owning consulting engagements and supporting business development, including scoping work, leading delivery teams, and managing client expectations and engagement economics.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary business and technology teams through implementation with clear workstream ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own client pursuits, proposals, scope, pricing, and delivery plans.
• Translate business problems into outcomes, success measures, and implementation commitments.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping with client stakeholders, analysts, and technical leads; connect priorities to practical technology and AI-enabled improvements.
• Assemble and mobilize the pod around funded engagement needs, secure internal talent and resources, and define roles and decision rights.
• Own backlog priorities with client and team; balance value, feasibility, dependencies, risk, and capacity; lead planning and demonstrations.
