Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations for DDLC task areas across multiple sites in the United States. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet contract objectives and SLAs, while coordinating with IT, logistics, and security teams.

The role requires 8+ years of IT/ops program experience, a current secret clearance, and PMP/PgMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT/operations project/program management experience, multi-site delivery.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for Federal government contracts.
• Proven subcontractor and vendor management experience.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Current US secret security clearance and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC tasks across multiple sites.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects to meet SLAs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate IT, logistics, security, facilities for seamless operations.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile.
• Monitor risks and maintain risk, issue, and action logs.
• Develop and present operational dashboards to leadership and clients.
• Provide people leadership to dispersed teams and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance.
