Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations for DDLC task areas across multiple workstreams and locations in alignment with client requirements and contract objectives.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, including staffing and resource allocation, to meet operational goals and SLAs while overseeing cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Ops Management, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of IT/ops project or program management experience, multi-site.
• Experience with Federal contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Subcontractor and vendor management experience.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.
• Current secret security clearance; United States resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across locations, on time and within budget.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines; budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to enable operations.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, scope, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes and metrics aligned with CI, Agile, and frameworks.
• Monitor risks; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Produce operational reports and dashboards for leadership and client.
• Provide dispersed-team leadership, performance coaching, and workforce planning.
