Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager to lead DDLC delivery across dispersed sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance aligned with client requirements and contract objectives.

You will direct planning, staffing, and resource allocation, oversee budgets and risk management, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with IT, security, logistics, and other stakeholders. A current secret clearance and US residency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of IT/operations program management experience, multi-site delivery.
• Active secret clearance and US residency.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with Federal government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across multiple locations and SLAs.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance baselines with forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and facilities for seamless operations.
• Oversee subcontractor onboarding, scope, deliverables, and escalation resolution.
• Develop standardized processes and metrics aligned to policies and Agile/DevOps.
