Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations for Netflix Games to drive execution across Mainstream, Narrative, and New Experiences. You will harmonize operating rhythms, processes, and reporting across three teams, delivering a cohesive operating model and strategic roadmaps for a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project/program management, or production leadership in game development, entertainment, or technology.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with a portfolio of products or teams.
• Strong grasp of game development processes with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute against transformational growth opportunities within the vertical's strategy.
• Operate as a trusted leader on high-priority projects, identifying and evaluating new business models, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.
• Support the integration of three teams by harmonizing processes, cadences, and reporting structures into one cohesive operating model.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build business cases, secure buy-in, and operationalize key initiatives.
• Lead the execution of strategic projects with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the executive team and inform high-level decisions.
• Partner with the Vertical VP on slate and roadmap strategy to balance games, teams, and investments.
• Manage agendas and topics requiring timely decisions; identify gaps or risks and correct course.
• Synthesize delivery data and portfolio signals into the evolving vertical story for strategy and communications.
• Identify opportunities and solve resourcing and product mix challenges across 1P/2P/3P landscapes.
• Drive strategy execution and portfolio management with cross-vertical alignment and resource optimization.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Step into cross-functional white space to expedite success.
