Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project/program management, or production leadership.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization.
• Strong grasp of game development processes and methodologies.
• Outstanding communication abilities and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute transformational growth opportunities within the vertical's strategy.
• Harmonize processes, cadences, and reporting structures across three teams into one operating model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and operationalize initiatives.
• Lead strategic projects with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team and inform high-level decisions.
• Develop slate and roadmap strategy to balance games, teams, and investments.
• Plan agendas, identify gaps or risks, and drive timely decisions.
• Synthesize delivery data and portfolio signals into the vertical story with transparent reporting.
• Identify opportunities across 1P/2P/3P partnerships and deal execution.
