Netflix’s Studio Strategy team seeks to hire an experienced individual contributor Manager to lead analysis and strategic support across Studio Operations, Content, Product, and Data Science initiatives. The role anchors strategic foundations for new initiatives and drives robust business cases for major investments within Netflix Studio.

You will develop valuation models, analyze performance indicators, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytical professional services and internal strategy.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to build complex financial models.
• Excellent ability to craft, present, and socialize complex ideas to broad stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio stakeholders to set strategic foundations for new initiatives.
• Develop strategic frameworks and robust business cases for key Studio efforts.
• Prepare valuation analyses to support Studio decisions and investments.
• Analyze key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators.
• Create presentations that synthesize analyses for senior leadership.
• Compile post-mortem analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Understand industry trends, threats, and opportunities.
